According to Hitachi, the CP X401 model provides 3000 ANSI lumens, a contrast ratio of 400:1 alongside a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 2000 hours for this projector's lamp. A look at the light output reveals: The 3000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 477 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 318 cm. Since entering the market in 2008, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
