As a projector, the SIM2 HT250 combines DLP technology with a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768, and is additionally specified with 900 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 600:1. In operating mode, the installed projector lamp offers a lifespan of 6000 hours – mathematically sufficient for 8.2 years based on two hours of use per day. Regarding setup flexibility, the model features an optical lens shift function alongside digital keystone correction, allowing for precise alignment; exact values can be calculated using the Projector Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 261 cm can be illuminated with 900 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 174 cm. The model is currently no longer actively offered on the market by the manufacturer.
