Model Overview

The basic data of the Sharp PG M20X includes 1900 ANSI lumens, a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768 as well as a contrast of 1000:1. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 2000 hours.
Looking at practical performance, up to 380 cm can be illuminated with 1900 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 253 cm.
The projector was released in 2002 and is officially no longer distributed by Sharp.

DVI to HDMI

why should you spend a lot of money on an HDFury adapter when you can buy a DVI to HDMI cable for a few euros. And yes, you can use your PS3 or Xbox 360 with it.

Yes, you can connect the PS3 with HDMI.

You need an HDFury adapter, which converts the HDCP-infected digital signal into an analog RGB signal. Setup: PS3->HDMI to DVI-D on HDFury and from HDFury VGA to DVI analog on the PG-M20X. Works great for gaming and watching Blu-ray. With DVDs, however, you often have to adjust the picture because the projector doesnt recognize the format 100.
