A projector from Magcubic is the HY350 Max, whose 3D-Laser-LCD model delivers 600 ANSI lumens, a resolution of HDTV 1920 x 1080 and a contrast of 20000:1. As an LED projector, the spec sheet indicates a lifespan of 30000 hours – equivalent to a usable life of 20.5 years at 4 hours a day. To compensate for angled projection positions, the model features 2D keystone correction, which digitally corrects trapezoidal distortion. Looking at practical performance, up to 305 cm can be illuminated with 600 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 203 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content and 4K. Android TV is integrated as a smart platform, enabling direct access to streaming services like Netflix or YouTube. Also on board is a local media player that allows reading and playing content directly from storage media. Furthermore, the model is Bluetooth-enabled, allowing audio signals to be sent wirelessly to external speakers. Thanks to support for Miracast, Airplay and DLNA, screen content can also be cast wirelessly from a smartphone, tablet, or PC to the screen.
