The HDP420 model from Knoll Systems combines DLP technology in the Homecinema sector with 1500 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 12000:1 and a native HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 2000 hours. Regarding projection size, the value of 1500 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 393 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 262 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P. Since entering the market in 2007, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
