A projector from JAVES is the SLC 515SA, whose LCOS model delivers 800 ANSI lumens, a resolution of SVGA 800 x 600 and a contrast of 600:1. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 6000 hours before a replacement is necessary – mathematically sufficient for 8.2 years based on two hours of use per day. A look at the light output reveals: The 800 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 246 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 164 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. This is a discontinued model that is no longer officially distributed by JAVES.
