The LC W5 model is a LCD projector from Eiki, intended for Stationary applications, offering 6000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2000:1 at WXGA 1366 x 800. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 2000 hours for this projector's lamp. To facilitate room installation, the device is equipped with mechanical lens shift and additional keystone correction, allowing the projected image to be positioned with immense flexibility. A major advantage for professional installations is the ability to use interchangeable lenses, allowing the projector to adapt to highly varied projection distances. Which optic is required for a specific case can easily be calculated via the Distance Calculator. A look at the light output reveals: The 6000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 697 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 465 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. This model dates back to 2008 and is no longer part of Eiki's current product range. This model continues to hold a solid place in our database search queries.
