With the CinemaTen‘80, DreamVision offers a DILA projector that features 800 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 3500:1 and a resolution of HDTV 1920 x 1080. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 2000 hours for this projector's lamp. In terms of image alignment, the model offers an optical lens shift function, allowing the image to be shifted on the projection surface without any loss of quality. To meet a wide variety of installation conditions, the projector offers the option of using different interchangeable lenses. Verifying the respective distances is easily possible via the Projection Calculator. A look at the light output reveals: The 800 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 287 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 191 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. Regarding noise emissions, the model proves to be exceptionally quiet during operation, producing just 27 decibels. The projector was released in 2007 and is officially no longer distributed by DreamVision.
