The XJ S52 model from Casio combines DLP technology in the Standard-Portabel sector with 3000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 1800:1 and a native XGA 1024 x 768 resolution. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 2000 hours before a replacement is necessary. Regarding projection size, the value of 3000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 477 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 318 cm. The projector was released in 2008 and is officially no longer distributed by Casio. Important maintenance note: It is no longer possible to procure replacement lamps for this model.
