Based on DLP technology, the Casio XJ S30 device delivers 2000 ANSI lumens, a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768 and a contrast of 1800:1 as a projector. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 2000 hours before a replacement is necessary. For basic image adjustment, the device is equipped with horizontal and vertical keystone correction, allowing digital compensation for trapezoidal distortion at angled projection setups. Looking at practical performance, up to 389 cm can be illuminated with 2000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 259 cm. Also on board is a local media player that allows reading and playing content directly from storage media. Since entering the market in 2006, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
