The Gimbal3 is a LED-LCD projector by XGODY, whose specifications list 300 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 8000:1 and a HDTV 1280 x 720 resolution. Thanks to LED technology, the projector is rated for a lifespan of up to 30000 hours, covering an estimated 20.5 years based on a 4-hour daily runtime. The image geometry can be adjusted via the built-in keystone correction so that a clean, rectangular display is achieved even with non-ideal placement. To ensure objective comparability, an approximate ANSI lumen value was calculated based on the lumen specifications. A look at the light output reveals: The 300 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 273 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 182 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P and 4K. As an additional feature, an integrated media player enables the direct playback of files without an external source device. For wireless audio output, the projector also supports Bluetooth, making it easy to quickly connect external soundbars. Thanks to support for Miracast and Airplay, screen content can also be cast wirelessly from a smartphone, tablet, or PC to the screen.
