Categorized in the Standard-Portabel segment, the PJ X4240N projector from Ricoh projects with a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution, alongside 3000 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 5000:1. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 3500 hours for this projector's lamp. Regarding projection size, the value of 3000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 477 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 318 cm. Also on board is a local media player that allows reading and playing content directly from storage media. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. The projector was released in 2013 and is officially no longer distributed by Ricoh.
