Designed for the Micro-Portabel sector, the Freedo model from Dangbei features 504 ANSI lumens and a native HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution. An LED lifespan of 30000 hours is noted in the data sheet for this model. With four hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 20.5 years. Should a perpendicular setup to the screen not be possible, the integrated keystone correction (horizontal and vertical) helps to realign the image into a perfect rectangle. Regarding the power supply, the projector features an internal battery that enables a mobile runtime of up to 5 hours. Because the manufacturer specifies brightness in ISO lumen values, we have determined an ANSI lumen value for better comparability. Regarding projection size, the value of 504 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 228 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 152 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. With the Google TV operating system, the projector acts as a media hub with centralized access to various apps. Furthermore, the model is Bluetooth-enabled, allowing audio signals to be sent wirelessly to external speakers. With a value of only 24 decibels, the noise level during operation remains pleasantly in the background.
