The Asus S1 is a LED-DLP projector that brings 200 ANSI lumens and a WVGA 854 x 480 resolution. The LED unit of this model is rated for up to 30000 hours of runtime – calculating to 20.5 years at four hours of use per day. To reduce dependence on stationary power sources, the model is equipped with a built-in battery for autonomous operation. Regarding projection size, the value of 200 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 144 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 96 cm. Thanks to MHL support, screen content from mobile devices can be transmitted via cable, including charging power for the device. This model dates back to 2014 and is no longer part of Asus's current product range.
