Categorized in the Stationary segment, the AL-MK525A projector from Appotronics projects with a WUXGA 1920 x 1200 resolution, alongside 5200 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 100000:1. The laser technology ensures a specified light source lifespan of up to 20000 hours, which translates to 13.7 years with 4 hours of daily use. Both optical image shifting (lens shift) and digital keystone adjustment are included, enabling exact alignment on the screen. Thanks to the interchangeable lens system, the device can be equipped with optional lenses to react flexibly to different room sizes. Exact values for specific rooms are provided by the Lens Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 5200 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 733 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 489 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P and 4K as well as 3D, and also offers the technical capability for 360° projection. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. The projector was released in 2023 and is officially no longer distributed by Appotronics.
